DO YOU NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
It's easy! If you're not in love with the product you purchased, Wear Harmo will issue full store credit for the returned item(s).
RETURN POLICY
Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
All returns will automatically receive store credit (allowing you to repurchase a different item or the same item in a different size).
Items marked with "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned unless defective.
We do not offer refunds for final sale items, change of mind, or incorrect sizing.
Customers who received an incorrect item or defective products will receive a refund. (Please note that Wear Harmo Warehouse performs strict quality control on each item before shipping and upon receiving returns).
Be careful when trying on the products. (Items with manual damage or not in accordance with our return policy will be rejected and returned to the customer).
Wear Harmo is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We do not issue store credit or refund original shipping costs.
Any orders returned due to unclaimed or rejected customs fees, lost delivery, or incorrect address will be issued as store credit minus the shipping fees. This will only be issued when the carrier confirms the return via tracking link. We do not offer refunds for these returns.
EXCHANGES
Store credit will be issued for you to repurchase a new item or size.
If you need an urgent exchange, we strongly recommend purchasing the replacement size before sending back the return, and we will issue store credit once we receive your unwanted item. (Since we do not hold or exchange items while your return is in transit).
RETURN CONDITIONS
All clothing items must be returned:
- In original condition, unused and unwashed (no makeup or deodorant stains).
- With all tags attached and in the original packaging.
All shoes must be returned:
- In the original shoe box and without damage.
- In the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- They must be tried on indoors and on a soft surface.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Sale items cannot be returned (except full-priced items purchased with a discount code).
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

Print the return form.
Ensure the items you are returning meet all the requirements of our return policy.
Fill in your details clearly.
Include the return form in your package.

Our warehouse is not open to the public for returns, deliveries, or order pickups.
PLEASE NOTE:
Returns received after 30 days from the purchase date will incur a EUR 5.00 processing fee, deducted from your store credit.
Returns received after 35 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
If you received a defective item, please email our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the package via our contact form. Wait for instructions before sending your return.
You will not be refunded for return shipping fees if our support team has not provided instructions by email before returning defective items.
Be sure to use a trackable delivery method when returning your items, as Wear Harmo is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
EVALUATING YOUR RETURN
Returned products will be assessed upon arrival to ensure they comply with our return policy. Non-returnable items and/or items returned not in compliance with our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
STORE CREDIT, REFUNDS, AND PROCESSING TIMES
Depending on the service and country from which you are returning your items, it may take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the items to be delivered and processed by our return team.
If you are entitled to a refund (i.e., if you received a defective item), the refund will be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
For payments made with credit cards, gift cards, or store credit, the refund will first be applied to the gift card/store credit.
Do not email us about the arrival of your return unless 15 days have passed since posting your return.
You will be notified via the email address provided on your order when the return is complete.
The store credit will be issued by email as a code and will remain valid for 6 months from the date of receipt.
Please note that Wear Harmo does not operate on holidays, so all returns will be processed on the next business day.
